Accessibility Information

We are located within the Queen Elizabeth Health Complex, which has a ramp at the 2111 Northcliffe Ave entrance for any patients who may benefit from it. You can reach our offices on both floors via two available elevators.

We have taken great consideration to ensure that our office is fully welcoming and accessible for everyone. Our space features wide openings for smooth wheelchair navigation, braille numbers on all office signs, and AAC communication boards to support diverse needs. For added comfort, we offer calming lighting, fidget toys, and a quiet room available upon request. We also have a wheelchair and a walker available to borrow for the duration of your visit; please call ahead so we can ensure to arrange this. To bridge communication gaps, we provide translation services across French, English, Naskapi, Cree, Innu, and Inuktitut, which includes the use of Tukisiutik—the free translation app developed by the Nunavik Regional Board of Health and Social Services.
